Information you choose to share
We store your email signup only with your consent. It includes your email, onboarding answers about age range, wake-up time, feeding, naps and night waking, your selected plan, billing period, displayed price and currency, and your consent time. We also record the flow version and referral, entry page and campaign details when provided. We do not ask for your baby’s name.
Birth dates and due dates entered in the free calculator stay in your browser. They are not sent to Napbird’s servers or analytics. napbird.com does not collect card details.
How we use it
We use your answers to personalize your plan, keep your choices between steps, answer support requests and email you about your plan. Essential session cookies support the plan flow. Your 3am mode preference stays in browser storage.
Analytics and your choices
We count funnel steps anonymously on the server using a random identifier in a functional cookie, even if you decline optional analytics. These counts contain no personal data, email, baby name, calculator dates or IP address. Optional browser analytics uses PostHog on its EU host only with your consent. You can decline it through the site’s consent controls. To stop signup emails, follow the unsubscribe link in any confirmation email and confirm your choice. We record when you unsubscribe.
Keeping your information private
We do not sell your data. Hosting and email providers process information needed to run the service. Access is limited to people who need it to provide support and operate Napbird. We keep information only for as long as needed for these purposes and applicable obligations.
You can ask for access, correction or deletion by emailing us. Include the email connected with your plan, and avoid sending medical records.
