Before a charge
The free calculator costs nothing. Paid plans show the price, billing period and any trial before you confirm. Napbird never charges without your explicit confirmation. napbird.com does not collect card details.
Ask us about a payment
If a Coach charge is unexpected, duplicated or the service did not work for you, email [email protected]. Include your account email, the charge date and a short explanation. Do not send card details.
If you are ever charged in error, contact us and we refund it. We reply with the outcome and next steps. This policy does not limit any refund rights that apply by law.

You can cancel anytime. Contact us with your plan questions, and tell us if you also want a charge reviewed.
